My steak lover husband woke up one morning and he said that in his dream he was eating a chicken wrapped with juicy steak. He was literally drooling while telling me his dream.
He was so happy and so excited for the coming week end so he could cook the recipe. We tried to look online to find the dish he dreamed about but we couldn't find the exact recipe.
And so as the week ends we went grocery shopping.
We bought Steaks and Chicken breasts and decided to marinate the meat differently.
We sliced the meat how we want it to be put it in different ziplocked bags, put the seasonings, incorporate everything and left it on the fridge overnight.
CHICKEN MARINATE
LACHOY SOYSAUCE (ANY BRAND WILL DO)
GARLIC POWDER
ONION POWDER
STEAK MARINATE
WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
WEBER CHICAGO STEAK SEASONING
BLACK PEPPER
PINCH OF SALT

COOKING TIME
My husband loves to grill and that's how we're cooking this recipe.
The Chicken needs to be cooked before we wrap it with the steak so he grilled the chicken first.
After grilling the chicken he wrapped it with the steak

And back to the Grill

To complete the meal,
I prepared Vegetable Salad and Baked potatoes for side dishes.
Cooking the Steak won't take too long. We all want our steaks differently and my husband loves it rare so cooking the steak took only for a couple of minutes.
SERVE with Love
It is our first time to cook this and I already love it. We plan to cook it more in the future and modify it for best results.
