VERY EASY COBBLER RECIPE

Admit it, even an easy cobbler can be a hassle when your a busy mom or when baking is a challenging task for you in general. Baking is not really my forte since I don't baked much when I was growing up. And so without further ado let me present you the VERY EASY COBBLER RECIPE that my mother in law shared with me.

This recipe can be done with any fruit of your choice. I have made this cobbler using two different fruits, blackberry and peach, because my husband loves both fruits. My mother in law loves to do it with blueberries and it is so good.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP MILK
1/2 STICK BUTTER or OLEO
3/4 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR
ANY FRUIT YOU CRAVE (PEACH, BLACK BERRY, BLUE BERRY etc.)

EASY PEASY INSTRUCTION
PREHEAT OVEN FOR 350F
PUT BUTTER IN A BAKING PAN OF YOUR CHOICE
MELT THE BUTTER
If you used a glass pan u can melt the butter in d microwave for 30 seconds.
If your using a metal pan just melt the butter in the oven while your preheating it. The butter melts quick.
MIX FLOUR, SUGAR AND MILK IN A BOWL
When butter is melted
POUR THE BATTER IN THE BUTTER PAN
And Finally,
POUR THE FRUIT ON TOP OF THE BATTER
BAKE FOR 40-45 MINUTES AT 350F

THEN SERVE WITH OR WITHOUT ICE CREAM.
